Within Reason... Avitars over 160*160 auto refused. Please no images in Signature Line, that is what an avatar is for. Be respectful of others. Know when to stop. If others say knock it off, chances are they are not kidding. Note: Administrators (Not just Board Owner) have the authority to issue Nova Warnings.
