Who can start?  Anyone
When does a midnight posting start? At least 24 hours prior to the time that the final post has to be made.
Does it have to be midnight?  Prior to popular belief... It DOES NOT!   Haha, all this time you all thought it could only be midnight.  I win!

Main notes:
So at least 24 hours in advance, someone can post that there is a Midnight posting.  The subject has to say Midnight Posting somewhere within subject,  but the first post has to state the final time for the final post.  (PST Server Time)

People can then post to their hearts content, but they need at least 2 (Should this be increased?) posts prior to the set time to qualify to win.

If an admin does not post in the thread with a prize amount, the default amount will be 500 Gald

30 second Post Flood has been reduced to 15 seconds.  Make the challenge a little more challenging.

Still only first post will be counted with double posts (This is important in case of possible tie according to server)

Oh yeah.. kinda important:  Be the closest to midnight (or be on midnight) without going over for your post.  According to server timestamp.
